Thereafter, he worked as an associate at Kroll & Rubin for three years, from 1981 to 1983. Subsequently, in 1984, Henry Phillip Gruss became affiliated with the law firm of Leonard M. Ring and Associates. Mr. Gruss was a successful trial attorney with this prestigious law firm until the death of Leonard M. Ring. Thereafter, Mr. Gruss decided to open his own practice and Henry Phillip Gruss, Ltd. was formed. Mr. Gruss practiced as a sole practitioner for 23 years. Mr. Gruss built his sole practice representing individuals harmed by medical negligence, motor vehicle collisions, defective products and other personal injury and wrongful death matters. In 2007, Gena Gruss Romagnoli had been practicing as a defense attorney for several years. She was ready for a change and happily accepted her father’s offer to work with him representing plaintiffs. Since joining her father, Ms. Romagnoli has enjoyed working on behalf of individuals and families and making a difference in their lives after they suffer an injury at the hands of another. Ms. Romagnoli especially enjoys working on cases involving children, where she can work to ensure that they secure a better future. Her most recent verdict as a lead attorney was a verdict of over one hundred fifty thousand dollars on behalf of the plaintiff against a physician.
